Starting in HT26, Vågbroskolan's grades 6–9 will merge with Norrtullskolan's grades 6–9, creating a brand new 6–9 unit in Norrtullskolan's premises.

Your Mission

As a career and guidance counselor at Norrtullskolan, you will play a central role in supporting and guiding our students in their important study and career choices. You will work both individually and in groups with counseling sessions, information, and teaching about study choices, the job market, and future plans. You will collaborate with teachers, student health services, and school management to create the best possible conditions for students' development and well-being. The role also includes participating in the school's development work and contributing to achieving our common goals.

We are looking for someone who is independent, structured, and has good collaboration skills. Your approach is professional, and you have a pedagogical and solution-focused attitude in your interactions with both students and colleagues. You can build trusting relationships and communicate clearly and respectfully.

It is an advantage if you have a degree in career and guidance counseling.
